Why Skintilo

Built for this trade. Not adapted to it.

Salon and spa software treats every service as one price and one visit. Paramedical work is areas and inches, sessions over months, consent that matters, and healing you need to see.

Skintilo grew out of the system a working paramedical studio built for itself.

What generic software gets wrong

Six questions a salon app can't answer.

"How much for these three areas and this 6-inch scar?"
One price per service. The client guesses, or texts you.
Per-area and per-inch pricing with discounts, minimums and caps. The client sees the real number before they book.
"Which session are they on?"
Each visit is a new appointment with no memory.
A treatment plan per body area: planned sessions, price per session, what's paid. The calendar and the worklist say "3rd session".
"Did they say yes to keloids?"
A signed PDF nobody opens again.
Health answers you marked as concerns show red on the client's record and in your inbox before the session.
"They no-showed. Can I charge them?"
A deposit field, a policy on your website, and an argument.
Your no-show fee, agreed in writing at booking, charged to the card on file. The agreement is stored with the appointment.
"Where are the before photos?"
Your camera roll. The after photos are on the client's phone, maybe.
Before, during and after per session on the record, and healing photos the client uploads because the app asked them on day 5, 14 and 28.
"Which ad brought them?"
Ask every client and write it in a spreadsheet.
First source captured at booking. Revenue, no-shows and cost per paying client by channel.
Side by side

What you'd be piecing together otherwise.

What the others leave out

Six things built for this work.

Scars priced by the inch

Length times a width tier, rounded, with a minimum and a cap per scar. The same price on the booking page, the website calculator and the quote.

Consent that flags itself

Mark which answers on your health form are a concern. They turn red on the client's record, and you get an email the moment the form is signed.

Healing photos, requested for you

On day 5, 14 and 28 after each session the client is asked for a photo. They upload from their phone; you see it on the record and in your inbox.

Texts from your own number

Skintilo drafts today's reminders. You send them from Messages in one tap. Clients always hear from you, not a short code.

A website that can't overclaim

The AI draft is refused if it promises results, session counts or prices. It writes from your facts only.

Your calendar, both ways

Bookings appear in Google Calendar or Outlook. Move or delete one there and the booking follows. Anything busy in your calendar is blocked on the booking page.

See it with your own services. Fourteen days free.
