A seat is a teammate who has accepted your invite.
The first seat is in the $129. Add a practitioner or a front desk person for $39 each. Invite someone and the seat is added when they accept; remove them and the seat count updates as soon as you do.

What happens when the trial ends?
You add a card in Settings and keep everything. If you don't, the studio pauses: you can still sign in and export, but nothing changes until you subscribe. Your booking pages go offline a week later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings, any time. No calls, no forms.
What counts as a seat?
A teammate who has accepted an invite and signs in. Pending invites don't count. Seats are recounted when someone joins or leaves.
Does Skintilo take a cut of payments?
No. Deposits and charges go through your own Square or Stripe account at their normal rates. Skintilo never touches your clients' money.
Is the website really included?
Yes: the builder, the AI draft, hosting and your custom domain. "Build it for me", where we write the draft for you, is available on request.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, from the day you subscribe.
What if I pause and come back?
Subscribe again and everything is back as you left it. Paused studios are kept for about three months before deletion, and you can export the full data set at any point before then.
Is tax added?
Sales tax is added where it applies, based on your billing address, and shown before you pay.
